Really, Really Good!

This book is eye opening on so many levels and gives the opportunity for ideas to flow about not only negotiating, but anything that has to do with communicating with others. He does a great job explaining how to enter a persons world, genuinely, and help them understand whatever perspective is necessary and helpful to move forward. His nurturing and empathetic approach paired with his directive on being stern and decisive is well-rounded and feels complete — Yin & Yang, both masculine & feminine. I’ve learned so much that I’ve so quickly and easily been able to apply to many areas of my life, not just negotiating. Really good and highly recommend! This one may be a once a quarter read for me for a while!

Great book it should be read monthly until your vision is written, it's very helpful they should produce a work book , study guide.
