Living as a woman who suffers from ADHD can be a lonely place. You can be prone to mood swings, stress and a dozen other conflicting feelings. You may have lost friends or even family members who didn’t fully understand the complexities of your condition or relationships may have failed as a result of it. The good news for you is that there are ways to improve the way you feel.

Wonky writing, same info as every other book
Reviewed: 09-24-23
I don't know if this was originally written in a different language and translated poorly to English, or maybe the author spoke English as a second language? But terms used and selected vocabulary was really weird, to the degree of being distracting.
Otherwise, this book has all the same information as dozens of other books on the topic, I didn't learn anything new.
