Story
Too many workplaces are driven by cynicism, paranoia, and self-interest. But the best ones foster trust and cooperation because their leaders build what Sinek calls a "Circle of Safety" that separates the security inside the team from the challenges outside. Sinek illustrates his ideas with fascinating true stories that range from the military to big business, from government to investment banking.

Not a leadership book. See subtitle.
Reviewed: 11-14-22
On the list of books about leadership, this one does not move the needle for me.
It lacks an fundamental idea.
It reads like a collection of research.
The actual value of the book can be reduced to a few pages.

This book will give you the tools to understand your brain, learning methods, and how to study for tests.
The prose is very accessible more towards the 8th grade level, but the content is very deep and sophisticated.

This is not the book on learning how to learn.
The book is composed of anecdotes of people who have changed their industry and the struggles they overcame.
The value of the book is in story, not process.

Good start. Redundant ending.
More historical value then practical information.
Well read, but dated content.
