Story
Aram thinks he’s nothing but a misfit from a small fishing village in a dark corner of the world. As far as Aram knows, he has nothing, with hardly a possession to his name other than a desire to make friends and be accepted by those around him, which is something he’s never known. But Aram is more. Much, much more. Unknown to him, Aram bears within him a gift so old and rare that many people would kill him for it, and there are others who would twist him to use for their own sinister purposes.

I absolutely loved all of the stories because they put so many different aspects to just small things and major storylines throughout the entire series both in the games and out of the games and I loved each and every one of them! my favorite one out of all of them was definitely Oasis though!!

this was an absolutely outstanding book and I fell in love with it the moment that it started!! I did hear and it might have just been misread but I did hear one thing one thing only that was wrong is at one point in the earliest days of the covenant Scott brick the narrator said that the profits had three fingers and a thumb but you know it was an outstanding very uplifting story!! And oh my gosh like I was sitting on the edge of my toes all the way through this book and I was itching to listen to it more and more everyday!

I absolutely love this story and how they intertwined the Halo 3 players 3 and 4 elites into this book and give them more depth! I did not like the instance and interactions with 4l forerunner soldiers as it does not make any sense. especially since this book takes place before Halo 4 when the didact actually takes control and makes the Prometheans become hostile. aside from that this book is absolutely amazing!!

While Spartans get all the glory, no soldier - not even the legendary Master Chief - wins a war on his own. Gunnery Sergeant Edward Buck and his team of Orbital Drop Shock Troopers (ODSTs) played a major role in saving the Earth from all-out invasion at the end of the Covenant War - acts of bravery and ingenuity that did not go unnoticed by the United Nations Space Command.

Story
In the last years of the Forerunner empire, chaos rules. The Flood - a horrifying shape-changing parasite - has arrived in force, aided by unexpected allies. Internal strife within the ecumene has desperately weakened Forerunner defenses. Too little, too late, the legal rate of Juridicals is only now investigating possible crimes by the Master Builder and others. Evidence-gathering agents known collectively as Catalog have been dispatched to collect testimony from the Librarian and both Didacts: the Ur-Didact, treacherously abandoned in a Flood-infested system, and the Bornstellar Didact, who accompanies the Librarian as she preserves specimens.

coming from a Halo background and lore fanatic this book has brought so much two conclusion but at the same time has opened my eyes to more pressing matters in the Halo Universe of current situations. it's absolutely a phenomenal read the entire saga is worth it outstanding trilogy! I won't say a most memorable moment because I do not want to spoil anything for those who have not yet Reddit that the narrator was absolutely incredible with the way he portrayed voices and emotions! if you are not a part of the Halo community I highly recommend starting out with cryptum and learning the backstory or even simply starting with Halo the flood which depicts everything that happened within the realm of Halo combat evolved which is the very first instead of the Halo Universe that we ever got and it is absolutely worth getting to this universe!! audible has yet again done themselves with the way that they present this book this series and the community as a whole!!
