The concept of thoughts, guidance to a well being better life. There’s narrative reading mistakes but doesn’t affect much if you’re a beginner on audios and reading books. It was highly recommended on Instagram over and over by different motivation pages so decided to get it. Worth every minute listening. It’s good to take notes since you don’t have the actual paper book.
