I gave this an overall 1 because the PDF link is missing. All through the book, the Authors refer to this downloaded PDF but with no link you cannot get the printed recipes and cannot see the graphs and other information that they discuss.
I love Jimmy Moore and have been listening to him for years. I hope Amazon fixes this!
UPDATE;
I contacted Jimmy Moore at his contact email address on his Livin' La Vida Lowcarb site and he contacted me in less than 24 hours and had his publisher send me the PDF that was not available on Amazon. I want to thank him and Dena at Victory Bell Publishing for the quick action to fix the issue. Best customer service ever!
