Compelling Testimony
Reviewed: 09-26-24
Nabeel Qureshi's testimony gives a front seat to what actually happens in the life and heart of a Muslim when they are confronted with the gospel. He is more honest in his love of truth than most seekers. His testimony is compelling and very inspiring to people of all faiths, even Christians. It helps us all understand how available, approachable, loving, and how personal God is and the intimacy that awaits us if we seek Him.

Seamless transition from Jane A.

The author does an amazing job of maintaining Jane Austen’s voice, typical expressions, and I’m especially grateful for fulfilling all my hopes for Mr. & Mrs. Darcy and the Bingleys and Georgiana. Happy listen which is why I love Jane Austen’s books

Story
Have you ever wondered why we Christians do what we do for church every Sunday morning? Why do we "dress up" for church? Why does the pastor preach a sermon each week? Why do we have pews, steeples, choirs, and seminaries? This volume reveals the startling truth: most of what Christians do in present-day churches is not rooted in the New Testament, but in pagan culture and rituals developed long after the death of the apostles.

An overdue acclaim

It is no wonder that most of us have never heard about this courageous and commendable work! This is the voice crying in the wilderness! But it is a threat evangelical Christian world would be threatened by it so no doubt it’s not in the church bookstores. Everything your intuition has hinted as one who loves Christ will be affirmed by this book.
It contains profound truth, profoundly stated. No sentence is wasted. Give it your full attention.

Story
Do you ride the escalator or do you take the stairs? No matter how you define success, it always requires one thing: self-discipline. But as popular speaker and strategist Rory Vaden explains, we live in an "escalator world", one that's filled with shortcuts, quick fixes, and distractions that make it all too easy to slide into procrastination, compromise, and mediocrity. What seems like an easier path is really much harder in the end - and, most important, it won't take you where you want to go.
