Infomercial not a book
Reviewed: 02-25-12
I mistakenly thought this was about investing in the oil and gas companies from a macroeconomic perspective. This is about investing in individual wells, how to evaluate them and so forth. It's like a long infomercial so don't expect what I did.

Story
How do we find hot stocks without getting burned? How do we fatten our portfolios and stay financially healthy? Former hedge-fund manager and longtime Wall Street commentator Jim Cramer explains how to invest wisely in chaotic times, and he does so in plain English, in a style that is as much fun as investing is, or should be, when it's done right.

Simpy great advice for the everyday investor
Reviewed: 10-23-11
Cramer does a great job of describing what it takes for the average person to invest his or her money wisely in the market. The 2 most important things he talks about are diversification & his idea of buy & homework. He teaches the everyday investor how to evaluate stocks with publicly available information so that we can make our own decisions when in get in or get out. Anyone looking to improve the performance of their investments would do well listening to what Cramer has to say.
