I have been searching for years for something that could help me understand why I wanted to do the right thing emotionally, mentally and behaviorally towards friends , family and mainly my kids— but kept getting “unglued” and then wading in the guilt. It was a vicious cycle. This book was the most relatable to that specific issue that I’ve ever read. So clear. So biblically based. And really funny. This will be a study for awhile. Thank you Lysa!!!
