Book does a great job at explaining mental load, and how it plays a crucial step in life balance. Highly recommend listening together with spouse and stopping periodically and discussing the book! Listening together has brought us closer!

Terrible book. Focuses on sobriety rather than freedom.

It literally says don’t watch/look at women. This book will damage you more than heal.
