Story
Ask the great poker players how they'd play a hand and the answer is always "it depends." That answer can be infuriating. But guess what? It really does depend. The key to becoming a great poker player is in knowing what it depends on. At last there's a book that gives you that answer. Poker is a game of so many variables; table position, flop texture, the number of players in a hand, the personalities of your opponents, and so much more.

I found it very useful

I liked the contant of the book, there's a lot of useful ideas. I had to slow it down a lot to be able to listen. I also had to rewind a lot. it's really hard to pay attention sometimes. This book, like most poker books, probably is better read than listened to. I do enjoy the fact that Annie is the one narrating it though. I recommend this book.

Genius concept!
Reviewed: 05-11-18
The concept is so simple and easy to understand, but feels like it is fairly accurate representation of how people express love and why they feel loved. I firmly believe this book will help my relationships if I apply the teachings.

Interesting world boring story
Reviewed: 10-02-17
It is tonight provoking and the world the characters live in is interesting but sadly the story in the book isn't. A few stories loosely connected and not very exciting on their own.

Great read! I liked it more than Ender's Game.
Reviewed: 09-14-16
This book is more complex than Ender's Game which is why it appealed to me. Also seeing the same story from a different perspective was really interesting! I recommend this book to all sci-fi enthusiasts.

Great book for those that want to take their poker skills to the next level. This book is not for beginners nor is it for professionals. It falls somewhere in the middle, which was perfect for me.
I think it's better to read a paper version of this book because it's easier to see the hands, numbers, calculations but for those that don't have time for that this book will do, just be prepared to rewind A LOT!
