Story
Quinn Kavanagh was aiming for the top even before he was turned. But now, as a powerful vampire lord, he's driven by the demands of his blood, compelled to conquer and destroy, to defeat Ireland's criminal ruler, and make the territory a better place for all its vampires and humans alike. Smart and beautiful, Eve Connelly was a graduate student with life's endless possibilities stretched out before her. She knew nothing of vampires and didn't care—until she watched two of them murder her beloved brother. Now she doesn't want to help Ireland's vampires—she just wants to kill them.

I love this series. I is a good addition to the story and moves the overall arc forward. I enjoy this narrator. Some narrators ruin a story. This one adds to it!

Story
The day I snuck into the infamous Devil’s Ring Fight Club. I had followed my cousin Amelia, who turned out not to be quite as innocent as I first believed. In fact, it turned out she didn’t live in the same world as I did…Not at all. I knew this the moment I entered his kingdom. My world changed the moment he found me. He gave me a warning that night. He told me if he ever found me again then next time, he wouldn’t be so quick in letting me escape him. His little Red Riding Hood. It was a threat I took seriously as it was only my dreams that took me back to that place.

I really enjoyed this book. I love the world that the author created. The narrator is pretty darn good too. I did feel like either some chapters began or ended to abruptly. The narrator's foreign accents are pretty bad but thankfully there was only one character with one. Worth a credit? If you like urban fantasy? yes.

Story
Chloe Reardon has a problem, and his name is Gavin Wallace. Okay, Gavin isn’t exactly a problem unless you consider a highly attractive wind vampire with dubious intentions a problem. Especially if that vampire is your boss and has an affinity for kilts and excellent taste in music. None of that matters though, because Chloe Reardon has had enough of dangerous men. Danger is overrated. Danger is the opposite of sexy. So Gavin is the last man—or vampire—on earth she needs to let into her heart.
