Story
This complete - and authorized - summary distills the insights from Roger Landry's book Live Long, Die Short. Over a decade ago, a landmark 10-year study by the MacArthur Foundation shattered the stereotypes of aging as a process of slow, genetically determined decline. Researchers found that that 70 percent of physical aging -and about 50 percent of mental aging - is determined by the choices we make every day. That means that if we optimize our lifestyles, we can live longer and "die shorter".

Aging has a new road map!
Reviewed: 08-07-19
An excellent book, I have read the full-length version of this book by Dr. Roger Landry and learned so much about aging in a new and better way. Gone are the days of thinking aging is a downhill slope that I and those I love are going to slide down. We have more control then we know in our aging process. I recommend this read- or rather- listen.

This is very standard stuff for any illness. Love them don't beat them up. Nothing was useful for me here.
