Chapters and paragraphs missing

I usually go between audible and the actual book. audible is more convenient for drives etc but book is nice during lunch breaks . I noticed that this reader missed entire paragraphs and even some chapters ... wasn't a huge deal for me because I had the book so I could catch up. But def something to consider. the story line however is amazing karen kinsgbury has done it again.
