With everyone having a podcast there is just so many options however not everyone has the niche for it. Out of probably a hundred different shows I've tried Ty and Kate are 1 of 3 go to listens for me.
I honestly wish they were robots so I could tune in and listen all the time.
I don't really have any connection to adoption besides I was a surrogate for a single indented mother and in Florida where we both live they basically handle it like an adoption even in our case where it was her egg and donor sp**m.
Carrying a child, caring for, loving ,not the one raising that child and watching them grow from afar comes with MANY STRONG feelings. I don't think there is any one right way to feel or handle it except always putting the child as the primary focus.
Aside from topics of adoption you can hear the genuine care and chemistry the two have for each other and their guest.
I'll keep tuning in for sure and maybe they'll decide one night they just can't sleep or something so why not jump on the mic to add a bonus episode to listen to

I was turned onto this podcast after listening to another crime couple (Alison and Mike crime and coffee couple)
Today I'm writing the review because without them in my ear I wouldn't make it through the day teaching middle school.
admin walked by " Mrs G has an earbud in like the kids"
me- I can't listen to murder in front of them without it.
sidenote I only do it when they are independently working and I'm putting in grades and just one earbud 😉

If you know me you know I love murder shows and comfy clothes (I even have a sweater that says it) Alison and Mike are some amazing story tellers. I recommend this podcast to everyone. Their banter and discussion of each story makes it feel like your sitting with them as they tell you the story personally. I'll admit this review is over due, been listing for several months and I've even become a patron. it's our families tradition when we make our weekend trips to turn on our "bed time stories". we listen for hours usually knocking out 2-3 stories per weekend (re listing to some of our favorites) keep up the good work. -your friend Sabrina,Paul & kids Clermont FL
