Short, but not in a bad way. it was very concise on what points were to be made and what information was needed. Very interesting details and captivating discoveries regarding Cash and his life alongside Shirley.

Story
“I have sensed a disturbance in the Force.” Ominous words under any circumstances, but all the more so when uttered by Emperor Palpatine. On Batuu, at the edges of the Unknown Regions, a threat to the Empire is taking root - its existence little more than a glimmer, its consequences as yet unknowable. But it is troubling enough to the Imperial leader to warrant investigation by his most powerful agents: ruthless enforcer Lord Darth Vader and brilliant strategist Grand Admiral Thrawn.

Great sequel to the first book!

I loved this installment of the Thrawn series. the voice acting was spectacular and the story very riveting. It takes you on a journey between past and present that is laid out in a way that is easy to follow and both captivating in their own regard. Both timelines deepen, expand and connect the Star Wars universe. The only complaint I might have is that I still have a lot of questions about a couple main characters from the first book that did not reappear in this book, but I know those will likely be addressed in the coming book(s).

Story
From 1999 to 2009, U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle recorded the most career sniper kills in United States military history. The Pentagon has officially confirmed more than 150 of Kyles kills (the previous American record was 109), but it has declined to verify the astonishing total number for this book. Iraqi insurgents feared Kyle so much they named him al-Shaitan ("the devil") and placed a bounty on his head.
