Kendall is amazing on every sports romance. This particular story had been done a million times but it was very well executed both the writing and the performance (i live for Jason Clarke)

plot too forced, unresolved and quite frankly sort of boring. I disliked every single character in this book, specially the mother and Ryan too. look, you sister doesn't want to be involved with your mother, don't gaslight your sister to go see her if she doesnt want to.

Great to spend the time, but not really to take into the story. the narrator was the best bit, my fave duo.

I was able to predict all the twists and that says a lot, but having said that, will probably listen to more of this author and book #2 of this series.

this was the very first book I read (heard) from this author and aaaaah, such a fresh perspective on romance. i have to say, i am more used to read the spiciest novels but this sweet tale has won my heart completely. will be paying extra attention to her releases from now on.

the storyline was pretty good, actually.. at some point kind of cliche but HEY I'm all in for that. of course we love a playboy dealing in love with the good girl. KUDOS

the narration bothered me some, really. I almost dropped off the book several times because of it .

It was a nice listen.

the first book of this series was so very compelling and deep, handling a very serious and delicate subject as domestic violence. I loved Connor's story so very much but there's something about Declan I cannot deal with. I mean, I get it.. he had to grow up very fast in order to save his baby brothers and all but he is more childish now as a functional adult than he could ever be as a youngster. about Sidney... the first book showed us this bad-ass likable character that wasn't portrayed in this one for some reason.

the story felt rushed in some parts and endless in others..

Shane East gave me more feels than Sebastian did, really. I am not a fan of him..

I am only giving 2 stars for Andi really. They should have brought Zackary Webber into the mix again, he was such an amazing Connor before.

I guess this is it for the Arrowood brothers and me.
