The writing, the voice of the words is stunning, as is the voice of the words.

The story is absolutely unique about equally remarkable and asymmetrically peculiar men. The best book I’ve listened to this year. Not just for the scientists but for the century. Amazing in such a compact book and style.
Appealing at so many levels.

I cannot recall enjoying an audiobook, as I enjoyed—was mesmerized by—this book. I cannot recommend it enough. Knocked me out.

This is the story of one of the most amazing men I have ever come across.

Told with authenticity, empathy, bravado. You cannot read this book and remain unchanged.

A way of being a man, in failure and triumph, that’s Zorba!

To get to know a personal icon, a man whose melody and complexity are fixed in the story of my life.

The book did not let me down and took even further into not just Monk, but the music that evokes the memories and moments of my life.

Absolutely wonderful!

Gil Baile is a very special human being, with a peculiar combination of kindness and depth, all the while uncovering the vellum pages of the gospel of Luke and placing the gospel into our lives today.

Theological, practical and poetic.

I’m 63, and I have read most modern-ancient thinkers, and there is nothing quite like the breathtaking insights and solutions I found in Girard’s mimetic theory.

Do yourself a favor.
