Story
When a man’s body is discovered at the crumbled ruins of Tupholme Abbey, laid bare across a pile of tumbled stones, DI Freya Bloom and her team are called to investigate. Only hours into the investigation Freya makes a discovery that changes everything, and the open and shut case she had hoped for was clearly going to be complex.

Freya is an unbearable witch

I have listened to all of this series and have not yet, nor am I sure I will, this book. I am female and understand the writers desire to portray a strong female lead, but she is manipulating, immasculating and obnoxious. we will see, but she needs to be put in her place. and, Ben, grow a set.
