It was good, but felt rushed and disjointed. Changing narrators was also disappointing.

I enjoyed this book, but I didn’t love it. Feels like the producers had timeline expectations that were more important to them than the quality we came to enjoy. I’m guessing a bit of burnout and some writers block ate up too much time.
The story was intriguing, but would have been better as another trilogy. The first two books encompass one land and two peoples divided, they were careful to build character, and plot development at a more believable pace as well . The third squishes new characters, cultures, lands, gods and enemies into a much shorter read with far less development and detail. It’s a pity since the new additions would have been a joy to explore in more detail, they were

Great story, really enjoying the way these characters change their racial perspectives and that of the worlds they fight on!

Great story so far! Love all the character races, development and surprises! Can’t wait for the last two books to come out on audio! I really hope that will be soon!

🎶 More, more, more! Mo, mo, ma, more! Mooorrre pleeeaaasssssse!!! 🎶 🐉🧝♂️💖🧝♀️🐉
I was thoroughly hooked from the first Omnibus, and I've gone the last few weeks immersed in little else... So good! Then you added dragons! My favorite! With their own magics, culture, distinct personalities, and alignments!
🐲 🐲 🐲
Um, me? Pick me? I want to go! I want to be a Skizik or a Spezzy! I want to make friends with all the magical creatures and Trees! I've never felt right as a human, never fit into the shackles of human societal expectations. Something else, something just out of reach, always calls to me.
All I ever wanted was to melt into the wild, old forests, in the mountains, beneath the strongest of crashing waterfalls, and heal the land and the creatures with a deep hidden power, all my own, i could finally touch. Each of these books has had more than one new aspect crop up that was like you'd plucked them from my bag of deep hopes and longings. I doubt I'm alone when I say, I wish the portal was in my backyard...
🐲 🐲 🐲
While so much has already gloriously been told, with excellent voice actors i must add, there's still so much potential story to unearth! I'm dying to know what happens next! With this the last book in the Return of the Elves series, I may wither and blow away untill the next is published! 💖💖💖
