I bought this book after having taken an introductory financial accounting class as part of a graduate MBA program. This book tied together almost all of the pertinent concepts from the textbook into a very concise reference using simulated transactional examples. Although this book could be read and understood by someone with little or no experience with accounting concepts, I think it is much more appropriate for someone with at least fundamental conceptual understanding.

The winning formula provides a set of guidelines intended to help you determine the best time to enter or exit a trade. The beginning might appear cumbersome but don’t be fazed, that’s why these secrets are being provided, to help ease you into it, and help you handle your successes and downfalls better, making you a more successful trader. The beautiful part is that, the more you engage with the formula, the better you will get at it. You will become a master in no time.

One key thing to note about this winning formula is that the rules are almost mechanical, so you will not necessarily need to use your own judgment. The basic human flaws of fear and greed are huge obstacles to every would-be successful trader, except when submitting to this winning formula. Anything that seeks to cut off these bad emotional influences, such as this winning formula, will give you unprecedented control over your behavior and guarantee your success in swing trading.

It will guide you step by step, simplifying the process and it will show you how to identify the right stocks to deal in.

If you would like to become more stoic, you need to learn how to get some more of this mindfulness into your life. This does not need to be something special, and you will not even need to go out and get some new stuff to place in your home to make this happen, but you will need to make this a part of your routine and do some practice to get some of the results that you are looking for with mindfulness.

To start, you need to learn to observe the present moment. Stop whatever you are doing and just be mindful of what is going on in the world around you. You are going to pay attention to that activity. Even if it is something as simple as washing the dishes, being present in the moment, noticing the dish in your hand, the feel of the water when you grab another dish, and how they feel when they are all clean, can all help to bring more to your session of mindfulness. You would be surprised at how amazing it can be to bring some more mindfulness into your life when you take things slowly and learn how to make them into things that are fantastic.

Being mindful is one of the best things that you do in your life. If you are not able to sit back and learn how to bring some mindfulness into your day, you are really missing out on the little things in life. The big events can be nice, but if you are focusing all of your energy on those, you are going to give them more control over your life than you should. On the other hand, working with the little things, and appreciating all the things that you have in life can help you to be more stoic.

You should also make it a point to go for healthy eating, because this will help your overall health and wellbeing, the way you feel on the inside, boost your energy, and basically make you feel a whole lot better about everything. When you are looking to love yourself, your health assumes gargantuan importance, and you have to ensure that your diet is designed to give you the best starting point.

When you are feeling good about your health, your overall image and positive outlook are going to improve significantly, you only have to try it for a week or so to feel and see the differences. If needed, you could consult a dietician for help and advice, and even check out some healthy tips on efficient eating – the Internet is packed with handy advice and tips on this.

With the right kind of dieting and regulated healthy eating, you will be able to get the perfect body shape for you; it is however important to note that what is the perfect shape and size for you, might not be for someone else – avoid comparisons! Whilst I do not believe in body shaming, but it has been seen that those who have a perfect body figure are a lot more confident overall. Confidence and self-love go hand in hand and this is why you need to focus on getting the perfect body shape for you, which will do wonders for your own personal image, and wellbeing.

This course has been well structured throughout the lectures. The pace is excellent and Smith provides his vision and advice in topics related not only with VBA but with excel also.

He demonstrates to know what he is doing and she explains in a clear manner. Some terms and concepts may be a bit difficult to understand the first time and would require to go back to reassure them. The good thing is that the course is available for life so that to be revisited at any time.

The main three projects allow you to review the concepts explained in the previous sections with real-life cases.

I recommend this course to gain experience in VBA macros.

Let's start with the basics first. Hacking is any an attempt by some person to solve a problem in a computer or to change an application through making changes in the software or the hardware. While there are some people who are really good with and are capable of successfully getting onto some systems that they do not have access to and make some changes, this is not easy, and most people will fail the moment they even start. However, both white hat and black hat hackers have the same arsenal of tools at their disposal which they can use to get the job done.

Let’s take a quick look at the history of hacking. In the beginning, hackers were just some people who knew how to use the phone systems and computer systems and would often work to make changes to software to improve it and make it work a little bit better. These people were able to take things a bit further and would go through and make some modifications to the early computer programs that were coming out at the time. They would just make some changes to the program so that the software would be capable of fulfilling additional actions or could be modified so it can be used for a special reason. They got creative and sometimes made the whole program easier and better to use.

As you can guess, things have changed quite a bit in the hacking world. Instead of just taking a piece of software that you are using for your own personal reasons and making some modifications, hackers are now able to illegally gain access to various systems, they can damage these systems, and even compromise cybersecurity.

This book covers verified steps and tactics on how to increase the level of Cybersecurity in the organization and as an individual. It sheds light on the potential weak points which are used as infiltration points and gives examples of these breaches. Hence, the book provides policies and strategies meant to tackle the developing threats of cybercrime in a technologically dependent world.

Cybersecurity has come a long way from the days that hacks could only be perpetrated by a handful of individuals, and they were mostly done on the larger firms or government databases. Now, everyone with a mobile device, home system, car infotainment, or any other computing device is a point of weakness for malware or concerted attacks from hackers. We have adopted anti-viruses and several firewalls to help prevent these issues to the point we have become oblivious to the majority of the attacks. The assistance of malware blocking tools allows our computing devices to fight thousands of attacks per day. Interestingly, cybercrime is a very lucrative industry, as has been proven by the constant investment by criminals on public information. It would be wise to pay at least half as much attention to your security.

It is not just enough to plug the hole but to also safeguard it against future attacks. The key is to be preventive and creative, rather than reactive to such attacks. These are all factors that need to be considered in the event of infiltration, but not all corporations have such protocols.

Hollywood has lead us to believe that people suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder are insanely anal, have all of their office supplies arranged in an exact order down to the centimeter, and have to do everything in their daily routine in a specific order at a specific time. Obsessivecompulsive disorder is rarely this way for those dealing with it, though it does affect a great many people in a wide variety of different ways. The National Institute of Mental Health estimates that roughly 1% of American adults currently struggle with obsessivecompulsive disorder and that 50% of these cases are able to be labeled as severe cases of obsessive-compulsive disorder. The average age for the onset of obsessive-compulsive disorder in Americans is 19 years old, while no one specific race or gender seems to be more prone to developing obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is extremely useful in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder because it requires that the patient and therapist talk through the condition in order to accurately assess the problem. Once the patient has been able to assess the problem and address it as the source of their obsessive compulsiveness, they are then able to work with their therapist in order to design steps that may help in alleviating their commonly felt symptoms. In using cognitive behavioral therapy as a tool to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder, the therapist often helps their client in order to create a specific list of their symptoms. The compiled list of detailed symptoms is often used as a tool during cognitive behavioral therapy so that they may find ways to address and resolve these symptoms.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder often feels an individual to feel distressed that more often than not leads to compulsive actions that cannot be helped. This condition has been regarded as difficult to diagnose and even more difficult to treat in this past, though a lot of progress in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder has been made in recent years. Cognitive behavioral therapy enforces the idea of gradually exposing the patient to the trigger (event, item, thought, place) that causes them to feel distressed, thus resulting in the frequently noted compulsive behaviors. By gradual exposure to the problem, the patient is able to address these feelings and face them head on to be able to successfully overcome them and eventually (after multiple exposure events) alleviate the symptoms that cause the compulsive behavior.

C++ is very good at what it does. It’s an extremely popular language in a historical sense and even though it’s being overshadowed in modern programming applications since computers are stronger now and other languages do what C++ does with a far faster deployment time, one will find that C++ still very much has its place. The thing that set C++ apart was that it was the first language to combine the efficiency and effectiveness of several languages that get deeper down into the hardware with the abstractness of other languages that were popping up at the time. Specifically, it combined the raw efficiency of C with the object-oriented capabilities of other languages such as Ada.

There are still many applications today where you’ll find that C++ is the language of choice because it allows you to get into the computer’s architecture and tell the computer what to do at a very primitive level while also offering a solid amount of command and expression to the programmer. These applications are things like major game engines, things with limited hardware, or anything else where performance and precision matters above all else.

C++ is also a great first programming language to learn for one simple reason: it really throws you into the fire. You’re going to learn a whole lot about programming and about what’s going on under the hood in terms of the computer.
