Story
A Nobel Peace Prize recipient beatified by the Catholic Church in 2003, Mother Teresa of Calcutta was celebrated by heads of state and adored by millions for her work on behalf of the poor. In his measured critique, Hitchens asks only that Mother Teresa's reputation be judged by her actions - not the other way around. With characteristic élan and rhetorical dexterity, Hitchens eviscerates the fawning cult of Teresa, recasting the Albanian missionary as a spurious, despotic, and megalomaniacal operative.

Good book to listen and read

The author has provided many convincing evidence in the book that the mother teresa is not what she portrayed herself. The foundation in Kolkata still exists and there are many girls joining the foundation even today.
It’s a pity no one disputed her or her foundation in court or taken up politically to shut down the organization, except a TV discussion disputing the sainthood awarded to her. After all, she was close to Vatican which has reach beyond countries and religions.

It was written maybe 100 years ago. Call someone you meet the first time, "old friend"? are you kidding me?

Story
In the dusty hills above San Diego, Bob Larsen became America's greatest running coach. Starting with a ragtag group of high school cross country and track runners, Larsen set out on a decades-long quest to find the secret of running impossibly fast, for longer distances than anyone thought possible. Running to the Edge is a riveting account of Larsen's journey, and his quest to discover the unorthodox training secrets that would lead American runners (elite and recreational) to breakthroughs never imagined.

For the runners

It’s one book that I will recommend for all runners. It’s only about running and no BS page filling details about the brushing or coffee they drank. I loved it. Will listen to it again soon.

Story
The Mountains Are Calling is the exhilarating story of the runners who go to high places. From its wild origins in the Highlands, hill running in Scotland remains as pure and traditional as sport gets. Jonny Muir explores the history and culture of the sport and meets the legends of hill running, who are revered for their extraordinary endurance. As he discovers the insatiable lure of the hills, a calling leads him to the supreme test of mountain running: Ramsay's Round, a continuous loop of 23 of Scotland highest mountains, to be completed within 24 hours.

If you are a runner, you look for some information for running. Stay away from this book. If you are looking for a good story or novel, give this guy a big dirty boot. Just filled with words and lots of male cow droppings.
