Edith Eva Eger. Thank you! I learned of your books through Jay Shetty, (Calm App). I read two already and I am soon ordering #3. You are amazing! You talk my talk, think my thoughts and write my words. I am 79 now and I too have learned how to free my mind of hate and conquer my fears. Story: My husband was killed 9-11. FDNY BC Dennis Cross. Sadly, I also held hate in my heart for one man. But, thanks to Faith, hope and the love I hold in my heart for my kids and grandkids. 4 + 10…. I learned how to find my purpose and reconnect to nature and the Universe! I’m finally “FREE”! It might have taken 18 1/2 years, but I did it! I survived! I’ve tried everything to survive…. I list the weight, detoxed my body and started reading and researching for more help! I found cryogenics and gave it a try! And all I can say right now is: Thank you for changing my life! Loved the book: knowledge is power and you certainly gave me that in full force! I have been doing partial cryogenic therapy on my knee for years, now I’m gonna take the FULL BODY plunge!
