Wonderful Book!

I wish all non-muslims read this book

I like that this book gets to the point quickly and doesn’t overwhelm you. I wish everyone would read/listen to it so their understanding of Islam changes to what it truly is rather than listen to the lies they have been fed.

Story
If You're In My Office, It's Already Too Late. James Sexton knows this. After dealing with over 1000 clients whose marriages have dissolved over everything from an ill-advised threesome with the nanny to the uneven division of carpool duties, he also knows all of the what- not-to-dos for couples who want to build - and consistently work to preserve - a lasting, fulfilling relationship. Described by former clients as a "courtroom gunslinger" and "the sociopath you want on your side", Sexton tells the unvarnished truth about relationships. These usually derive from dishonest communication.

I’m in a situation in which I thought I’d never find myself in. My husband has distanced himself from me completely without any explanation whatsoever and is thinking about a divorce. I consider myself a strong and independent woman but this of course crushed me. After listening to this book did I not only realized all the mistakes I’ve been making ever since I took my first breath but also all the mistakes that kept me powerless and at the mercy of my husband. I now embrace the unknown of what’s going to happen and I’m in love with it as all of the thoughts and assumptions I have are not me. It’s time to create my new self, a healthy self. Thank you Dr. Shefali!

Story
The Bible predicts that in the last days a charismatic leader will establish a global following in the name of peace. The Qur’an also predicts that a man will rise up to lead the nations, pledging to usher in an era of peace. The man in the Qur’an is called the Mahdi, or Islam’s savior. However, the man in the Bible is the Antichrist. Joel Richardson’s stunning research and analysis suggest that the Mahdi and the Antichrist are actually one and the same.

Not objective enough. Picks what suits his narrative

I would love to find a book about this topic which is written by a neutral individual but unfortunately it’s not possible.
If you’d like to understand islam and prophet Muhammad without being served what one would call “subjective narrative” don’t listen to this book.
Waste of time.

In The Truth about Muhammad, New York Times best-selling author and Islam expert Robert Spencer offers an honest and telling portrait of the founder of Islam - perhaps the first such portrait in half a century - unbounded by fear and political correctness, unflinching, and willing to face the hard facts about Muhammad's life that continue to affect our world today.

The author only mentions what supports his subjective opinion
Reviewed: 10-27-20
If you want to write a book which is supposed to come up with objective “truth” it would make sense to learn the language which the author hasn’t done - obviously. “Cherry picking” what serves your truth is not the way how to write books.
Waste of time.
