Reviewed: 04-30-14
Would you listen to Divine Intervention again? Why?
Definitely. Like any good movie or book, it's always worth a second listen/look to be sure I didn't miss some teeny thing.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Divine Intervention?
Realizing who the killer was!
Have you listened to any of Dawn Harvey’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
First time.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Shockingly Good!
Any additional comments?
An enjoyable listen. Liked the crisp narration. Easy to imagine the characters and places. Great drama with a really surprising end.
Please note that I received a free copy of the audio book in exchange for my review. Thank you.

Definitely

Perhaps not moved me, but sad that the son of Ching felt he had to be such a dirty rotter because of what happened to his father. But there has to be a baddy!

Enjoyed listening. Very thrilling story. Sometimes I listened on my laptop and a lot on my kindle in the car so I had to be careful driving!

Regret. Loneliness. Despair. Alina struggles with these feelings every night. Centuries ago, her kind was all but wiped out by a mysterious disease that left them unable to produce the venom needed to make new vampires. She's the last one - isolated in what feels like a never-ending nightmare. But she discovers a homeless man named Terrence who's in the early stages of becoming a vampire. He doesn't remember how he got turned. That doesn't matter to Alina because if he feeds, he'll complete his transformation and have the power to save her race from extinction.
