Fun to listen to and a great narrative performance! Was hoping for a bit more exploration on "how" to get through the fear other than take tiny steps and just do it, but maybe that's all there really is for an answer to how to get braver. :)

This book is amazing. I'll be revisiting it again as I fight my own uncertainty in my life. Thank you so much, Mel. You're actually helping me. It starts with getting the hell out of bed, she's right. And she helps you do it even though it sucks. They should teach this in a class called, "LIFE: Stuff you actually need to know but they don't teach you in school".
