Slow start but great read

I was leery about this book in the beginning. However, it was lovely witnessing the main character come to terms with her flaws, Qs flaws and the fact that despite sharing a life and love, they each had individual demons that they eventually had to face off. His defeated him, while she ultimately slayed hers—which from my observation was co-dependence.

Storyline was simple and uninteresting in my opinion. Narration voice used for the social media influencer was like nails on a chalkboard. Hate that I wasted a credit on the purchase.
