Story
Detective Stan Sheperd lies comatose in the hospital, a victim of arsenic poisoning. The Newpointe police have a suspect: Celia Shepherd, Stan's wife.
Celia is no stranger to such charges. When her first husband died of poisoning, a technicality scuttled the case against her, and Celia got off scot-free. Now it looks like the same old story - only this time, the motive appears plain. But attorney Jill Clark thinks the pieces of the puzzle fit together a bit too neatly.

Far fetched situations, but entertaining. tB really knows how to create drama and intrigue and romance! I enjoyed this even though it was a liittle simplistic

Eye-opening research!
Reviewed: 10-01-22
I really liked learning of this exemplary research and the battles the author experienced and overcame by hard work, determination and courage. In presenting this novel research and amazing findings it has motivated me as a restoration ecologist to appreciate the intricacies of the ecological community. I did not like hearing about the family break culminating in becoming a Lesbian, as if it was an accomplishment. I am really saddened for her girls and former husband.

This is read in a way that is difficult to understand. Can’t rate story as we could not get past the first few paragraphs of narration. I know it is a great story.
