What did you love best about Letting It Go?

It is an easy and painless verbal self-triage process for mental peace.

What other book might you compare Letting It Go to and why?

none.

What about Melinda Wade’s performance did you like?

She has a calm, deep, clear voice. Not too fast or too slow. Easy to listen to and comprehend what this topic is about.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I cleared, without realizing I was doing it, an issue from childhood that I never could fully reframe or eliminate before. It just no longer triggers me now. That simply stuns and delights me. And, I am grateful.

Any additional comments?

The Logosynthesis process is concisely outlined in this easy-to-understand compact guide for everyday people. It is an empowering and painless process one can use on one's self.

With most day-to-day tolerations and irritations in life that steal our energy, you are put back in charge of yourself in healthy new ways using this process of 3 questions clearly laid out and fully explained with great stories in "Letting it Go." I love it.
