Very little in the way of actual, practical advice. The majority of the book is "stop doing this," without "do this instead."

My favorite book read by an awesome reader. Wil Wheaton even has a mini starring role as the vice president in the text. He is the perfect reader for a story so heavy in pop culture references. If you love the 80s, video games, or movies you will love this sci-fi tale. Now if only the OASIS were real...
