I didn't know how much I needed this.

I am in the middle of ending a 20 yr relationship. Dr. Cloud has a very gentle but direct tone throughtout. It is a tone that is understanding of personal patterns and how to bring about a change. This book has validated my feelings and doubts in myself. It has brought to light some of the points where I will be working to grow on as a person. Thank you for sharing your expertise.

This is an audiobook for the person who is hungry for an answer. I know that feeling. That "feeling" stops us from executing one or more steps to make our lives better. I couldn't overcome that feeling either. None of the books showed me or explained where that feeling comes from, why we all get it, and how to overcome it. Without that information, I couldn't execute all of their wonderful suggestions. This audiobook bridges the gap.

To say this is a great book is such a simplification. We all know there will likely be several difficult and tramatizing events in one's life, and this book seems to really bring in the understanding of it. Thank you, Mr. Weiss sharing your expertise in this.
I truly recommend this book. I have already purchased a copy to share with my sisters hoping that this information brings to light the feelings we have harbored away.
