One of the shortest books I listened too but worth its weight in gold. Phenomenal man, Og Mandino, this speech was very relevant for today as it touches on the essential truths for success. It gives hope especially in these trying times. “With feet to take me where I go, with eyes to see the sunsets glow, with ears to hear what I would know, Oh God, forgive me when I whine. I’m blessed indeed, the world is mine.”

I listened to this at work today and have to say I was touched. Martins struggle with his impending death has me rethinking my affairs with my loved ones and purpose. This book depicts that Martin was human with fears, weaknesses and errors of his own. I felt for him and after the book ended I sat in silence for awhile absorbing the message. What a great man. I am truly humbled. Thank you for this story

Great Autobiography. My first one in awhile. I learned a lot from her struggles in life to be successful and how all the frustrations of the past coalesced together later in life to make her into the success in show business. I also learned how two people can not be right for each other no matter how hard you try to make it work. There needs to be some common groundwork in relationships and it takes TWO to make things work. One person can’t be doing all the good when another is volatile and reasonable. I liked her connection with Norman Vincent Peale and how she had devotion to her children. Lucy has taught me to work hard, dream big and live with love!

The one thing is a great book! It has helped me to prioritize my life into what matters most versus distractions. I've listened to it several times and each time I listen to it I come up with new distinctions. Well written book. I love it.
