I have severe psychological problems with procrastination, depression, and apathy. A Mind For Numbers addressed these issues and gave me the tools I needed to manage, and even conquer them. Changing Perspective, the Pomodoro, pacing myself to avoid burn out, these are all things I needed. I benefited from the study habits it teaches as well. I would recommend this book to anyone. It is always great to have a road map to genius.
