I love the way Candice describes her journey. Her personal examples and the research she included in the book is just remarkable. It is well written and definitely a journey worth taking. It provides a way to see a different perspective and more insight into your own life. I have thoroughly enjoyed the book. I highly recommend it for inspiration and insight!
