When the world went into quarantine most families were panicking, Ben Crawford used his business acumen to see the crisis as an opportunity - especially for his family. In one week they helped their kids find purpose, launch businesses, and even write a best-selling book. The audiobook is a bargain listen, that will blow your mind with wisdom, compacted into only one hour of your time. Ben Crawford is raw, transparent, and unconventional.

I loved the message. Leading my family that is blended is a strong challenge for me personally. I'm hoping to apply this book this week and see some actual driven results.

Good reference book

I loved this book. But in some ways he uses surveys that make me feel like they fit his narrative points. Based on the fact that i agreed whole heartedly in my personal experience with divorce as a child and in my marriage, with the examples he gave.

Story
The Appalachian Trail trail stretches from Georgia to Maine and covers some of the most breathtaking terrain in America - majestic mountains, silent forests, sparking lakes. If you’re going to take a hike, it’s probably the place to go. And Bill Bryson is surely the most entertaing guide you’ll find. He introduces us to the history and ecology of the trail and to some of the other hardy (or just foolhardy) folks he meets along the way - and a couple of bears. Already a classic, A Walk in the Woods will make you long for the great outdoors (or at least a comfortable chair to sit and read in).

Too short, sideline perspective
Reviewed: 01-03-17
Where does A Walk in the Woods rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
The performance on this books is above all others that I've listened to.
What was one of the most memorable moments of A Walk in the Woods?
I enjoyed the times with his old friend Katz.
Have you listened to any of Rob McQuay’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I haven't listened to Rob McQuay before, but I will make him one of my preferences.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I laughed very hard with some reactions from Katz
Any additional comments?
I thought some of the sideline commentary was a little out of context and debatable but I appreciate his passion for conservatism.
