Overall a good story but the narrator's English accent didn't quite gel with the American character. Also the production quality deteriorated in the last 2hrs.......................... sentences were repeated and the audio became intermittently broken.

What would have made The Key to Justice better?
What would have made this book better...................hmmmm where do I start ?
The narration is bland, and the voice introducing each chapter is so anaemic that it grates.
Does Audible have ANY quality control ? The production is terrible with the same audio being repeated many times. This issue is throughout the whole recording.
The story is ok without being outstanding.
Would you ever listen to anything by Dennis Carstens again?
Not if it had the same production values !!!!!
How did the narrator detract from the book?
He was no good !
Any additional comments?
How about somebody actually "proof listens" to the recording prior to release.

A man just like Jack Reacher.

Would you try another book from Lee Child and/or Hayward Morse?
Love the Reacher series but this narrator is terrible.................. His voice is exceptionally annoying and his character voices just, well, grate.
Has The Visitor turned you off from other books in this genre?
Would NEVER choose any book narrated by Hayward Morse.............EVER !!!!!
Would you be willing to try another one of Hayward Morse’s performances?
No !!!!!!

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Couldn't get past chapter 3.......................... I've listened to over 500 audio books and Carmen Beaubeaux's voice is the most irritating voice I've ever heard !!!!
What was most disappointing about R. Barri Flowers’s story?
Can't really comment on the story ..... couldn't stand the narration to find out.
