Eye Opening

After trying to work with me for years, my wife finally decided to take a break to find herself. It was the best thing she could do. I found this book. At first i found it bias towards the husband. The more i read, the more aha moments i had. It explained my feelings and helped me to understand a lot. It also helped me understand what i was doing to hurt my wife. I can’t wait to test it out.

This is not a story but rather a series of short prayers based around scripture. I feel I retain so much more and internalize when I am actively listening. I listened to the whole book while cleaning and plan to revisit this book often in the future.

My DH does not realize he gave me the most wonderful audiobook for our anniversary! For anyone wanting a closer walk with God and encouragement to take some important steps that have seemed impossible, this book is for you! It is full of scripture and heartfelt prayers. I love the reader"s soothing voice and the author"s honest words. Can't wait to read more. From Stormie!
