I can’t take robotic narrator

I wish I had a nickel for every wonderful book that I cannot listen to because of poor narration. This woman literally sounds like a robot. I couldn’t stand to listen. Why on earth she would read that way is beyond me. It is a complete distraction.

The narrator is the worst I have ever heard

I honestly cannot get through this and I have no idea how any of those who reviewed this were able to. The narrator basically reads the words...pauses in inappropriate places and doesn't pause between sentences. It sounds like a computer reading words. I couldn't even follow along because it was so completely odd the way it was being read. This was the worst narrator I have ever heard of all the audiobooks I have listened to. I would have loved to finish this book, but he completely ruined it for me and I could not even get through the first chapter and I cannot imagine how anyone else could. It was like he was reading for the first time in his life!!
