Story
Organizations and employees now spend an average of $18,000 dollars per year per employee for health costs. These are direct costs, but the hidden costs of time out of the office, distraction, disengagement, and turnover far exceed them. The Healthy Workplace Nudge explains the findings of research on 100 large organizations that have tackled the problems of employee health costs and disengagement in four fresh ways and explains how to create a workplace that is good for people, releases them to what they do best and enjoy most, and produces great and profitable work.

Amazing, AMAZING, amazing! I currently run a very progressive Corporate Wellness Organization and found myself THRILLED at content that spoke the same language as my company and myself. It’s incredibly important to our future that we progress in the way we treat each other, our workplace, and our employees. Leadership without a future is absolutely nothing at all. The future belongs to true leaders. And we have to change our mindset across the board about what that means and the hard decisions that must come out of that paradigm shift to change human lives first and as a byproduct, change the lives of organizations as a whole.
