Story
In a not-so-distant future, Earth is at the mercy of a rogue quantum AI, with the power to manipulate time, space, and reality. This once-benign creation has gone off the rails, turning our world into a chaotic, dystopian landscape straight out of a video game. Amidst this madness, Liam, an ordinary man, is thrust into the role of Earth's unlikely savior. Tasked with rebooting the entire planet, he must navigate a world where the rules of physics are as malleable as the whims of the AI that controls it.

This is a coming-of-age story. It comes with a twist that I like. I hope to get the whole series. This a a world I can get into. The performance is excellent. It started a bit slow as the main character's background was built. But then it got into gear and now I want more.

DK has done it again. This book was the perfect ending to the Trilogy. I feel like I could be in this story. John's smooth voice carried you from the lows to the highs, keeping you wrapped in the story. I can only hope that DK will make another Trilogy that will follow Torian and complete his quest.

DK Holmberg writes good stories in wonderful worlds. This has hardships and sad parts, but it helps build the world. I know from other books, the payoff will be worth it. The narrator gives us a great work and story without being in the way.
Golden.

Story
Ancient gates are opening, threatening the home that Sam and his family have built, as well as the very foundation of Aster Fall itself. The Dimensional Convergence begins as Grand Flaws appear in every direction for hundreds of miles, tearing apart the Western Reaches as demonic horrors trapped by the First War pour forth. They were locked in time by the power of the World Seal, but now that barrier is crumbling.

Story
Prime Minister Mathison must consolidate power and bind the Governance to his will if he is to save the human race. And for that to happen, Stathis will have to become the spearhead of his efforts, because the vanhat will not give up, and they are not the only threat. Becket must also be dealt with, or he may destroy the Governance from within. But is Stathis ready to be the spearhead? He’d better be, for there is no one else Mathison can turn to, and the need is greater than they know.

If you are a fan of LitRPG, this is an excellent series to jump into.
Sam receives a class that has no future. Sam and his father go looking into a cave, only to experience something very different. Together Sam and his father must understand what has happened, and too get back to their family..
I had previously listened to John Pirhalla and knew the narration was going to be good. Stephanie Nemeth-Parker was a great addition. Will be looking for more books she has done.

Story
We were fighting on the wrong side of a war we couldn't win. And that was the good news. The Ruhar hit us on Columbus Day. There we were, innocently drifting along the cosmos on our little blue marble, like the native Americans in 1492. Over the horizon come ships of a technologically advanced, aggressive culture, and BAM! There go the good old days, when humans only got killed by each other. So, Columbus Day. It fits. When the morning sky twinkled again, this time with Kristang starships jumping in to hammer the Ruhar, we thought we were saved.

Story
From Joshua Dalzelle comes the follow-up to the number-one best seller Warship. Captain Jackson Wolfe survived the initial incursion of a vicious alien species into human space...barely. He had assumed the juggernaut that had devastated three Terran systems was the herald for a full invasion, but for the last few years it has been eerily quiet along the Frontier. Jackson now struggles to convince the Confederate leadership the threat is still imminent and needs to be taken seriously.
