first, let me say that this was exactly what I had asked to know was understanding why I drink and I can’t say enough how coming up on this book title, and finding it on Amazon, and as I was looking for the book, I decided to join the audibles for three months through Amazon complementary. Once I started listening, I realized I found the treasure, and I am mediately inform people on the alcoholics app that I joined in March where I was told about this author and book that this is the gift three days of listening, I have made the decision and conscious decision, no more drinking. I can’t tell you how incredible this book is the understanding everyone in the world needs to listen to this whether you consider yourself an alcoholic and moderate drinker this is knowledge that everyone needs to know about all types of addictions but the alcohol I cannot tell you enough that this is what’s bringing me back to sobriety I am so grateful. Thank you.
