Story
I never saw it coming, but I should have. Their betrayal has ensured my punishment at the hands of the monster I thought was dead. Varrik is determined to break me, his brutal games stripping away my hope for a future as surely as my flesh is flayed from my bones, a canvas for his depraved diversions. Kallum, Grey, and Dane—the fae males I'd foolishly allowed into my heart—have delivered me to my worst nightmare.

Way too boring to have that much torture
Reviewed: 06-16-25
Spoilers ahead! (The book is worth spoiling imo)
The first book was decent, was looking forward to book 2. Book 2 ended up being *full* of torture, non consent (literal rape), forced pregnancy, and NO PLOT. The entire time the MMCs are pretty much doing nothing except sneaking around like idiots, oh and one is raping FMC twice a day. Nothing exciting ever happens, literally all the way through the end! It all wraps up, pretty much with no conflict between MCs and villains, and as if FMC wasn’t raped by one of the MMCs. They’re all just in love and happy.
I’m super okay with dark romance/spice, but this was just terribly written with terrible tropes, TWs be damned lol.
Will Thorne was the only reason I finished listening to this book, his voice is too good to not follow through.

Story
I became the obsession of the most wicked man at court. I'd refused to follow the jester's devious rules, but from the moment his seductive touch heated my veins, he took my soul captive, and the good little princess became a royal outcast. Now I'm his to worship, and he's mine to rule. Instead of burning out, the passionate fire between us only blazes hotter. But while forbidden desire binds us together, kingdoms seek to tear us apart. A corrupt king threatens my claim to the throne. A cruel prince offers us a vicious bargain. And new traitors lurk in the shadows of our court.

Truly, Natalia has rocketed herself to the top of the romantasy charts after this series. SJM has nothing on her at this point! Briar and Poet are such a brilliant and beautiful couple. Incredible.

Story
I’m an Earth Fae who doesn’t belong here. They can play their little mind games all they want, but I’m going to find a way back to my elemental world. Even if it kills me. Except Headmaster Zephyrus is one step ahead of my every move. Prince Kolstov won’t stop cornering me. And Shadow—the reason I’m in this damn mess to begin with—haunts my dreams. My affinity for the earth is dying and being replaced by something more sinister. Something powerful. Something deadly.

Ever Fantasize About Neil deGrasse Tyson Reading You Smut? This Audio is for You!!
Reviewed: 06-03-25
Sorry but whoever hired Rich Miller did this series so dirty, he literally sounds just like Neil deGrasse Tyson. This man has zero rizz- he sounded like a 60 year old father reading passages from the spicy romantasy he accidentally picked up at the library. No inflection or acting at all, just reading smutty words out loud- made certain scenes super uncomfy and others actually lol worthy because he’s just *so* not into it. Stick to the Amazon commercials and maybe look into ocean documentaries, bud.
All the other voice actors were great!!
The story was 5/5!!

Story
Most people don't relish visits from their former employers, and I'm usually one of them. But when my part-troll ex-boss shows up with enchanted coffee and a lead on my missing mother, I find myself singing a different tune. Of course, there's always a price, especially with people like Dawn. And unfortunately this new lead is almost as confusing as the growing connection between me and four different magical men. They might be the key to me traveling to different realms, but when I start to sense invisible golden threads binding us together, I can't help but second-guess everything.

Overall I enjoyed this series but book 5 was really hard to pay attention to because it was quite boring. It felt like it could have been smooshed into book 4 easier than being its own entire book.

VERY slow burn, but can you blame her?!
Reviewed: 04-21-25
Slow burn and pretty much 0/5 spice, but still a very good story! I am really looking forward to book 2. People are comparing it to The Witcher and I do understand, but I felt it more comparable to Penny Dreadful in more aspects. Very moody atmosphere and lots of different species of monsters with cool folklore backgrounds. I LOVE spice, and like I said previously this is very mild, but the story was good enough to keep me desperate and on the edge for them to finally just admit their dang feelings! ♡

The return of our gods means an end to his power, and Kinen isn't ready to lose. Over time, the priests of our temple have surrendered their power in the name of our god. We're trained to obey, to help, and to be Zeal's tools when he cannot help himself. Now, that has become a problem.

Reviewed: 04-05-25
Kathryn is too good at what she does, I’m convinced there has to be some kind of sorcery involved. This series had an actual storyline/engaging plot while also maintaining top notch and *plentiful* spicy scenes that never grow boring, unlike many reverse harem books I’ve come across.
