Story
A posthumous recipient of the World Fantasy Award for Lifetime Achievement, Marion Zimmer Bradley reinvented - and rejuvenated - the King Arthur mythos with her extraordinary Mists of Avalon series. In this epic work, Bradley follows the arc of the timeless tale from the perspective of its previously marginalized female characters: Celtic priestess Morgaine, Gwenhwyfar, and High Priestess Viviane.

The First Book is Amazing

By the last book I struggled to finish unfortunately. The book where Gwenhwyfar is mostly in charge of the dialogue I thought I would throw the phone. That's a sign of good writing to make me truly say I hated a character in that way, but I think it drug out a bit longer than was necessary. all in all a good book, I usually listened while I was working or falling asleep and it was excellent for that.

Story
Addison Coleman's life is one big "what if". As a Searcher, a special type of clairvoyant, whenever Addie is faced with a choice, she is able to look into the future and see both outcomes. So when her parents tell her they are getting a divorce and she has to pick who she wants to live with, a Search has never been more important. But when Addie finds herself drawn into a murder investigation, her fate takes a darker turn. With so much to lose in either future, Addie must decide which reality she's willing to live through...and who she's willing to live without.

Her voice is ruining the book

I read this a long time ago and wanted to read again. I rarely have time to read so the audio book seemed like a good option but this narrator is terrible. everyone is too breathy and whiny. Every statement ends in a question mark. terrible.
