Wonderful

This book was very impactful on me. It was special knowing Dr. King wrote down these thoughts and stories. The clips of Dr. King’s speeches are a great touch and put this over the edge in terms of worth and enjoyment.
I never knew MLK was vehemently against the Vietnam and all war really. I found this very telling and fitting of his teachings. This book helps you see Dr. King was much more than the I Have a Dream speech and the civil rights movement.

Story
Listen "live" to one of the most iconic orators of all times in this packed-full collection of Martin Luther King Jr. speeches. King's rich and passionate style of delivery will transport you back to the era of the civil-rights movement, when King advocated non-violent resistance in the pursuit of equality and dignity not only for blacks but for all mankind. Seldom has any leader since inspired and captivated an audience worldwide and motivated a nation to action.

It would really help to have the title, location, and date of each speech in a list so I have a better idea of what I’m listening to. If I’m missing this information somewhere will someone please direct me there?

Story
While researching the toxic and addictive properties of sugar for Fat Chance, Robert Lustig made an alarming discovery - our pursuit of happiness is being subverted by a culture of addiction and depression from which we may never recover. Dopamine is the "reward" neurotransmitter that tells our brains we want more; yet every substance or behavior that releases dopamine in the extreme leads to addiction. Serotonin is the "contentment" neurotransmitter that tells our brains we don't need any more; yet its deficiency leads to depression.

Story
This is the way the world ends: with a nanosecond of computer error in a Defense Department laboratory and a million casual contacts that form the links in a chain letter of death. And here is the bleak new world of the day after: a world stripped of its institutions and emptied of 99 percent of its people. A world in which a handful of panicky survivors choose sides - or are chosen.
