Story
Everyone has some darkness lurking inside of them. The ability to convince themselves what's right is wrong, and what's wrong is right. All my life, I got great at hiding my demons. But you know what they say. Buried demons have a way of clawing themselves to the surface. For a man like me, those demons eventually became my only family.

I’m in tears because my favorite series is at its end. Creed gave what I needed and wanted. The twist was a shocker. The spice was spicing. Wesleigh Siobhan and Sean Crisden will forever be the Crowne’s for me. The story, series and narration….chefs kiss. Now to catch up on the side stories for the next generation.

Story
With all that is happening in his land, the upcoming shifter mating ceremony is the least of Grier’s concerns. Even though he is heir prince of the dragon-shifters, he doesn’t have the authority needed to help the humans stranded in dragon territory, nor can he banish those who ruthlessly control them. Yet honor demands he finds an opportunity to intervene, and he hopes that doing so won’t start a war the shifters can’t win.

Dragons and fated mates
Reviewed: 06-07-25
I love a good fated mates story and Dragon Prince did not disappoint. The author did a great job penning a story with the perfect mix of angst, humor, spice and action. I'm looking forward to exploring more of the Qurilixen Lords. I have a feeling I'm going to fall in love with the entire series. Michael Ferraiuolo delivered a superb performance.

Story
Everyone has dark secrets, yet mine are the kind of life-altering skeletons that could threaten the very mission I've spent my entire life fighting. My children think they know my story, but they don't. Not all of it. Not the parts that would make them question everything they know in life. My constant has been my love for Stan and that's a truth I'll always share.

Sherelle Green did not disappoint and neither did the narrators, Wesleigh Siobhan and Sean Crisden. Together the writing and narration gave everything I expected, needed and wanted out of Duchess’ story. Every scene was like a magnet to suck you in further. Crowne Legacy is by far my favorite mafia romance.

Absolutely loved this. There was just the right mix of humor, angst and mystery. I loved all the characters but Aunt Polly is the most memorable and lovable character. The narration was on point. If you’re looking for a easy, entertaining quick read this is what you’re looking for.

Jaxx and Fiora are the perfect couple. She needs peace and he gives her that. I liked the snarky conversations throughout the story. It gives it just the right amount of humor. One thing I really liked was that the story didn't drag out. The author knows how to get straight to the point. There wasn't a lot of silly, annoying back and forth with the MCs either. Michael Ferraiuolo is the perfect narrator to deliver this tale.

I love this cast of characters, the story, the writing, and the setting. Even though I’ve only read one other book in this series, I didn’t feel lost. The author gave enough back story throughout that I felt completely caught up. Now I want to go back and binge all the books. I’m not a big fan of insta-love but it worked well for this story. I absolutely loved Josh and Cynthia. They were actually a cute couple. There was just enough spice to keep things interesting. And as always with most Michelle M Pillow books, if not all, the humor and snark were on point. Finally, the narration was phenomenal. Rebecca Cook did great distinguishing between each character’s voice and acting out the story as opposed to just reading it. I felt like I was there in the theater. That’s the difference between a voice actor and a narrator.

Story
As an ambassador for the dragon-shifter monarchy, Prince Kane is well aware of his responsibilities. The shifters might have expelled the evil Federation from their planet and freed their alien prisoners, but they're left with chaos and opposing factions threatening civil war. This is not the time for Kane to be thinking about romance, especially with Nova, a daredevil leader who rattles his calm and tempts his inner fire. The rousing woman's ideas go against everything he and his people are trying to accomplish.

Interesting story
Reviewed: 03-21-25
In the beginning, I was a bit confused as to who was who and what was happening. I think some of my confusion came from not reading the previous books so I was missing some important details. Fortunately, it didn't take me long to figure things out and I was able to enjoy the book. Although this can be read as a standalone I recommend reading the series in order so some of the events and references will make sense.
As for the love connection, that didn't quite hit its mark for me. While I like the characters well enough, I just didn't feel the connection between Kane and Nova. Now I did like the interaction between Zoran and Tonya. Their interactions were cute and added a little comic element. It was like watching a niece try everything she can to get on her uncles nerves and he just lets her lol.
Overall, the story was good and interesting. Worth listening again but after I've listened to the previous books first.

Welcome to Everlasting, Maine, where there's no such thing as normal. Anna Crawford is well aware her town is filled with supernaturals, but she isn't exactly willing to embrace her paranormal gifts. Her aunt says she's a witch-in-denial. All Anna wants is to live a quiet "normal" life and run her business, Witch's Brew Coffee Shop and Bakery. But everything is about to be turned upside down the moment Jackson Argent walks into her life. Jackson isn't sure why he agreed to come back to his boyhood home of Everlasting. It's like a spell was cast and he couldn't say no.

Quirky cozy paranormal mystery
Reviewed: 03-09-25
This whacky cast of characters had me laughing throughout the entire story. Michelle M Pillow has a knack for writing funny characters and interesting stories. Polly has to be one of my favorite side characters. She's one of those that you can't help but love. I was easily caught up in the mystery and trying to figure out what happened and who did it. The romance between Anna and Jackson was a bonus.
B.J. Harrison was the perfect narrator to deliver the story.
I hope we get to see more of these characters.

Charlotte Carver is going insane - suffering with everything from memory loss, to hallucinations, to phantom conversations she can’t recall having. Something tells her it’s not a coincidence that it all started when the MacGregor family moved to town, and the one person who knows what’s going on is the last person Charlotte would ask for help. Her new landlord, Niall MacGregor, is not the most approachable man, but that hasn’t stopped the brooding Scottish biker from invading her dreams.

Great enemies to lover story
Reviewed: 02-15-25
Spirits and Spells is a short enemies to lovers story. Charlotte and Niall are perfect for each other. She gets him better than anyone else in his family or around him. I love the way the author wrote their story. It was entertaining and it made you root for this couple. I love the MacGregor family dynamic in the way that they love each other but they also like to pull pranks on each other that brings a good humor to the story, especially Uncle Reibert. He is the one that gives the comic relief that you truly need out of the story. Michelle M Pillow did a great job with this book and I look forward to reading the rest of the series.

Unfortunately, the house isn’t the only thing she inherited. The bed and breakfast also comes equipped with witchy Aunt Polly, troublesome garden gnomes, a town that hates her, newfound magical powers that misfire, and a werewolf boyfriend she shouldn’t have asked to move in with her. Cute follow-up

This follow-up to Better Haunts and Garden Gnomes. I enjoyed revisting this cast of characters, especially Aunt Polly. The author did a great job writing a story filled with humor, plenty of snark, a bit of romance and of course a mystery that you could easily enjoy. The narrator was a great fit for the story. I could actually visualize everything as it played out. Hopefully we'll get to see more of this small Town and learn more about Lily and her siblings.
