The stories were alright, some I had read before, some not. But who hired the narrator and did no one listen to it before it was published. Not only does he not know how to pronounce Barrayar but he mispronounced Lois McMaster Bujolds name multie times, kept saying McCaster. Very disappointing in both the publisher and narrator, ruined that story for me.

Wonderful stories with perfect narrators. Amazing how some of the same societal issues were a problem then as well as now. Beautifully written and narrated. Highly recommend.

I enjoy many of these authors and some of the stories I heard were quite entertaining. That said, the narrator was terrible, so bad that there was no way for me to continue listening to these stories.

An excellent start to the spin-off series with Derek Gaunt and Julie Lennart. Interesting storyline with plenty of action, humor and magic. Unfortunately I found the narrator to have an odd cadence and emphasis to his narration which made it impossible to lose myself in the story. He isn't a storyteller, he just reads the book.

As always, an interesting story line, some humor, some seriousness, plenty of life lessons. Grover Gardner is an excellent storyteller with good voices and perfect cadence; he adds to my enjoyment of the story.

I loved listening to Andrew Cotter tell the story of Olive and Mabel, how they are part of his life and how they rocketed to stardom during the COVID crisis. And his wonderful Scottish accent.

I enjoy Ilona Andrews and the Innkeeper series immensely but this new narrator, Natalie Naudus, is awful. She speaks very fast, has a slightly whiny voice and uses strange, off-putting accents for different characters. After listening to the first 3 books in the series narrated by Renee Raudman I just cannot abide this new narrator. Guess I'll just read the book on my Kindle.

This was an amzing autobiography of John Cleese of Monty Python fame. It really explains John's life and gives me more understanding of English humor. I just wish it was longer.

Very good book telling many of the Norse stories, of Gods and Giants, in the old way. Neil Gaiman is an excellent storyteller. These are not the cartoon characters of Marvel but the real stories based on the Prose Edda and other ancient texts. Definitely worth more than one listen.
