This is a helpful and calming book of guided meditations perfect for someone with plenty of experience with them (like myself) but I think it would also be great for a beginner. I felt my anxiety and panic significantly decrease with each meditation, and the hypnosis component was a nice added way to calm down. With practice, meditation becomes easier and more helpful every time. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and found it very helpful.
