Story
If trainers want to truly make an impact on organizations, what they need is a new mindset, not a new technique. Drawing on examples from major companies and their own years of experience, the authors inspire trainers to have the courage to break away from the usual ways of doing things and identify what is really needed and what really works.

Great content, weak editing, missing PDF tables
Reviewed: 05-02-15
If you could sum up Courageous Training in three words, what would they be?
Great, weak, missing
What did you like best about this story?
Case studies were very helpful
How did the narrator detract from the book?
The edits were a little sloppy. Variations is background sounds and some out takes were left in.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No, great content needs time to assimilate having the PDF tables would assist in this.
Any additional comments?
The tables from the book MUST be included in this audio book as a PDF download for anyone to get the value from this book. I am considering returning it and getting a different format so I can have the tables.

This is the book I most recommend to people in high risk professions. As an audio book, could not be better.
