An important topic, we must pay closer attention to how and why it’s actually used. Asking is it helping or hindering us? This country needs no more opportunities for division or racism.
We also need to protect what is human.

A reminder how important it is to simply do “something good.”

I enjoyed learning about a dark time in history through another’s lenses...an equestrian.

It got a little dense in a few areas, likely mostly for the non-horse lovers. But that passed.

Overall- very good! Important parts of our world’s history that ought to be shared, not forgotten. A good reminder, no matter what the circumstances, simply doing good still matters a great deal!

Liked redemptive story & positive message.

A bit to soap opera-ish for me personally.

Having had plenty of my own woundings from childhood...I prefer my entertainment not include or revisit that. Though as I write this, I’m wondering if instead that was part of God’s redemptive work & flushing out of the hurt, thus moving me further forward.

Easy read or listen. My first F. Rivers book.
