Where does The Secret to Law of Attraction Success rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Self-help, motivational, and religious books have been an indispensable aspect in my life since I was eighteen and I am over fifty. The fact that I felt the need to still buy them after thirty-years is evidence that I was searching for something but I didn’t know what. I was reading a motivational book on achieving success when it occurred to me. The book was for beginners. The author gave the reader some of his affirmations so I started to go through his book and copy them down. Then, I said to myself, “Brenda go to audible.com to see whether someone else has done the work.” I listen to three author’s affirmations, and then I came to John Robbins’. The connection was immediate, the choice of affirmations, the music, and the reader. It usually takes me forever to choose this type of book but not this time, fifteen minutes.

I don’t think these affirmations would have meant much to me five years ago but in 2010 I hit a wall, a serious crossroad. I put my head down, focused with courage, perseverance, and faith. I crossed the standoff learned so much about my trade and myself in the process. John Robbins’ book is a most excellent closing argument, a summation of my life’s experiences, and dreams, and then he said you put the work in go and are happy and prosperous. I felt as though he had written the book for me personally. In one word, “Life changing”

What other book might you compare The Secret to Law of Attraction Success to and why?

John Robbins' book is in its own class.

Which character – as performed by Michael Griffith – was your favorite?

Michael Griffith was a major reason the book resonated with me. He is good.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I am going to steal a phrase from a popular movie, "he had me at hello."

No the book did not meet my expectations the team of Grover/Pratt exceeded all expectations -answered nagging questions about my personality with dead on accuracy with warmth and humor. I am a lawyer -uncommonly tall by age 12 and grew up kicking boys' ass in elementary and junior high I was a girl. In high school they all had girlfriends and didn't want to mix it up so I switched to trying to get better grades and a JD after my name. I listened twice. I have a male protege who wants to be president I told him no more advice from me until he has listened to audio tape. He has daddy issues this book will explain why a few million is not enough for his father. Giving advice to young men or women -STOP- until you have both listened to Grover. Woman you want equal pay become Cleaners and earn it. You can compete by becoming mentally tough if not physical. Should be mandatory reading for 12th graders. Brenda Joyce Little
